High Spec Camera Cases

We are currently having the area that holds our spray booth designed and extended into a purpose built spray shop.

Once completed, the area will be 3m x 2m and will enable us to work on much larger models than before.

The main project being undertaken in our factory at the moment is an order for large quantity batches of high spec camera cases. The cases are manufactured from several materials including glass and aluminum, and due to the final use of these cases all materials require certification. Some parts of these cases require engraving and heat-treating prior to finally being assembled.

This order is a good example of how we have supplied a prototype of the item prior to an order for greater quantities. Once the initial prototype was supplied, we have then worked with the customer to analyze how the part will work, and if any modifications are required. With some projects it can take two or three revisions to get to the desired result.

At the stage both our customer and ourselves are satisfied that the final item can be manufactured cost efficiently, and be produced to a high standard, we can then proceed with much larger quantities.
