Case Study 3

Client: Mayridge

The Brief:

A cooling system to be designed to keep the plasma screens within safe operating temperature limits.

The Solution:

Master tools were CNC machined in high density model board using the manufacturers 3D model data. The client’s 3D data was altered to accommodate discreet cooling vents. The models were produced in GRP from the CNC master tools and then mounted on a tubular support structure produced in our metal fabrication shop. The models were finish painted to exhibition standard and fitted with the plasma screens, cooling fans and associated electrics.
