Traditional craftsmanship is fused together with the latest 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping and CNC machining technology.

This enables us to cost effectively create beautiful and unique objects in any volume to short lead times.

Using Solidworks 3D CAD our design team can take any idea, sketch, drawing or visualisation and create 3D model data ready for client approval before commencement of the manufacturing process. This model data can in turn be utilised to create SLA, SLS and FDM Rapid Prototype models of the award if required for the approval process.

When the final manufacturing stage is reached the 3D model data allows the industry award to be brought to life by our modelmaking team in a number of ways. The award can be CNC machined from many solid materials including acrylic, plastics, modelboard, wood and all metals. The award can also be produced using the GRP, vacuum casting, RIM moulding, vacuum forming and lasercutting processes.

Finishes available for the award include painting, chrome effect, anodising, gold/silver/chrome electroplating, vacuum metalising and mirror polishing.
