Having a wide variety of machining centres enables us to use a range of materials. Amongst these, we are able to machine plastics, dense foams and all metals. The most recent prototype to be produced was CNC milled from Aluminium.

Many of our projects are required within a very tight lead-time, and having the combination of machines and the varied skills of our model-makers is hugely beneficial for such tasks. As we are capable of completing a majority of processes on-site, this reduces our need to send work out for sub-contracting, leaving our turnaround times extremely competitive.

We were initially approached to repair and modify a 6 foot toothbrush model. This then developed into us producing a large scale toothpaste model for the same customer.
There were several modifications to be made on the toothbrush model; the location of the switch cluster was to be changed so this was drawn in 3D CAD and directly CNC machined from Ureol model board. An aperture was then cut into the existing model and our modified switch was put in place.

Among many of our ongoing projects, one in particular we are currently working on is a project for Chanel which consists of paper flowers.
The flowers vary in style, and include carnations, peonies, daisies and lilies. Some of the styles are simple, with only a few large petals joined in the centre, with others being very intricately detailed with many layers of petals and using different ways of folding and joining them.
